Forty years ago, on 19 July 1975, GARDALAND was inaugurated in Castelnuovo del Garda, 12 km from the Hotel Eden, one of the largest and most important amusement parks in Europe and the first in Italy.
The Gardaland complex, which in addition to the park includes Gardaland Hotel and Gardaland Sea Life, now occupies about 600 thousand square meters.
In the park there are many themed areas such as: Burma, escape from Atlantis, Hawaii, Egypt, Middle East, China, Far West, Middle Ages, Space and Fantastic/Cartoon. There are 36 attractions, shops and dining options.
